2012 updates!
hellloooooo!
so i have been slacking on my blog duties. my apologies. BUT! here is what I’ve been up to this year so far! ch- ch- ch- checkkk it out!
JANUARY
We played some gigs in Sacramento and LA!
We started off in downtown LA at The Last Bookstore! You must check this place out if yer in LA. It is an old bank that is now a super radtastic bookstore!
Later that week we got to play a show with my friends Tommy Fox and Brannum Goldsmith of No.Sky (formerly of Aquifer) and Jared Paul (poet and voice of Prayers for Atheists) in a little town outside of Sacramento! Soooo fun!
The show was awesome and we performed the Love Yer Neighbor Remix live for the first time with No.Sky!

FEBRUARY

I also did a helluva lot of school work for the majority of this month….so there wasn’t much music activity. Although…I do have some new songs that have emerged from all that life living! One of them is fully incorporated into my live set and I would love love love to get you a good recording of that this year :)
Other than that, I prepared for the march shows!
MARCH
3 shows! We had two of them this past week!
The first one was in Sacramento at Bows & Arrows Vintage! They are a great little clothing/cafe/music venue in downtown. I highly recommend checking them out! We opened for some really cool musicians! we had a little chat with Tito Ramsey was super awesome and we danced our hearts out to his dope beats. If you live in Seattle…..you may get to see a repeat of our show in the near future :D
The second show was in LA this past weekend! We had a blast road tripping as a band for the first time! That’s righttttt, I had bass AND guitar for these shows! Hopefully we will have some show footage for those of you who didn’t get to see the shows. My bassist and guitarist are really incredible musicians and I hope to have them around as often as possible for future shows :)
We have another show at the Craftcation Welcome BBQ in Ventura next week!
Also! Tommy Fox and I teamed up on another song! This time it is me singing/rapping over one of his beats from his newly released project Epitha! You can listen to it by clicking on that link!
I think that is enough updating for now….I have homework I need to do now :)
